Chris Cooley is doing a moonwalk of sorts to get healthy in time for the start of the season. The Washington Redskins tight end has been running on the team's anti gravity treadmill to stay in shape while keeping the pressure off his sore left knee. "You zip in this cool thing, and it fills up with air all around you," Cooley said. "If you take it down to, like, 20 percent of your weight, it feels like you're walking on the moon. It's awesome." Cooley had the setting at 50 percent Monday.

In 2006, Cooley got off to a slow start under the play-calling of the Washington Redskins' new offensive coordinator, Al Saunders. With only three receptions in the first two weeks, Cooley appeared to not have a place in the new offensive scheme, but in the weeks following, became a growing part of the Redskins offense.

I suspect the writers get into the tube a bit, they're usually willing to up the stakes further than the exploring community. I've seen a few pics floating around, including one that looked like it was from a underground yard. That would be sick.

Here is the Citibank com­mer­cial which fea­tures the HMS Sur­prise. She's only on briefly here. You will not see the sail­ing crew or my­self in the video be­cause we are on board the ship, our con­tri­bu­tion was keep­ing her a sail. We would stay on deck until a he­li­copter car­ry­ing an aeri­al cam­era would pass over. We would then be told to go below until it passed, re­tain­ing only six peo­ple above to tend sail. Fil­ters were used to achieve the stormy sea ef­fect, it was ac­tu­al­ly a very nice day out. See the Sur­prise and her crew in the be­hind the scenes video I shot and edit­ed at www.​youtube.​com
